2022

DAT’S U is an exhibition about body image insecurity. It targets people who suffer from Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and the YOU who feel unconfident, frustrated, or ashamed of your own appearances and bodies. DAT’S U aims to help you to embrace and appreciate your own “imperfections”. It also communicates the idea that you do not have to love your body 24/7, just accept those “flaws” are part of you. Sometimes, the flaws make you unique and stand out in the crowds.

Exhibition Displays

Illustrations are mainly created with rough lines, irregular shapes, and patterns to present a fun and abstract style. Colours are vivid and saturated to express a stimulating and engaging impression. The illustrations demonstrate and emphasize the imperfections you see in yourselves.
